Area orientation is designed to give you an overall introduction to living and working in the UK. The area orientation is especially valuable when you are undecided upon which areas to focus your property search.
TTA will be in contact with you to gather detailed information regarding your housing requirements and priorities.
We understand there is a great deal to consider when relocating and so you will be able to access the following documents at your own leisure:
- TTA Welcome Pack– a detailed document full of information to assist with initial questions
- TTA Area Guides– quick look guides specific to the search area
- TTA’s useful information on life in the UK
You will also have your own personal, dedicated TTA Relocation Co-Ordinator who will be able to provide you with personal support and guidance throughout the process and answer any of your questions as they appear.
During the area orientation you will go on an accompanied tour of several locations where you will be able to verify the transport links and potential journey times, visit a local supermarket and explore the facilities and amenities on offer.
If you have any particular requirements or interests, then we can tailor the orientation to you- for example, if you would like to visit the local gym or park, then please just let us know.
If required, the area orientation can also include drive by visits to schools and nurseries as we understand this allows families to make a more informed decision regarding your preferred location.
During the tour, TTA will also arrange for you to view sample properties within your budget to illustrate the types of accommodation available in each area.
The area orientation should help you gain a general feel for the area and whether this is right for you and your family. You can then pick your final areas so we can really focus for the home search viewing day(s).
If you have any questions, or would like any more information on how our area orientation service could benefit you, then please do not hesitate to contact us.
